“We stayed at this hotel during an official visit to Karachi. The entrance is well-managed with a reception area, and the front desk staff was welcoming. The lobby offers comfortable seating on the right side of the reception. We arrived around 2:00 am, and it was a bit inconvenient to find parking as the hotel does not have its own parking space. Our car was parked in front of the hotel under a flyover. The bellboy assisted us promptly and managed our luggage efficiently. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with equipped bathrooms. However, one downside was the absence of hot water, which was disappointing. We requested an extra mattress for a third person; it was provided, but due to the small room size, it was difficult to adjust. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were hard and need updating. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, but service was occasionally compromised. For example, we gave clothes for ironing, which were not returned on time. There were also some issues with the room’s electrical wiring, as it tripped occasionally. Coming to food, we had breakfast twice and found it good in taste and value for money. The buffet included beef curry, channay, aloo bhaji, halwa, omelette, paratha, naan, juice, and fruit salad. Eggs (boiled or fried) could also be ordered on demand. Tea was a nice option to end the meal. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in Karachi, especially for short official visits.”
